Accurate Information
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account and configuring monitoring settings. This includes valid website URLs, correct email addresses for notifications, and accurate billing information. Providing false or misleading information may result in service suspension.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use our Service for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to:
- Monitoring websites without proper authorization
- Attempting to circumvent service limitations or restrictions
- Using the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Reverse engineering or attempting to access our systems unauthorized
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
4. Service Limitations & Disclaimers
Important Service Disclaimer
While we strive for 99.9% uptime and accurate monitoring, our service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or perfect accuracy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AliveStatus and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Service Availability

5. Payment & Billing
Subscription Plans
AliveStatus offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. You can choose between monthly and annual billing cycles. Annual subscriptions typically offer discounted rates compared to monthly billing.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We accept major credit cards and debit cards. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your subscription.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee for your plan. You can disable auto-renewal at any time through your account settings.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused portions of your subscription, except as required by law.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply to subsequent renewals. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increases.
