This includes valid website URLs, correct email addresses for notifications, and accurate billing information. Providing false or misleading information may result in service suspension.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our Service for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to:

• Monitoring websites without proper authorization
• Attempting to circumvent service limitations or restrictions
• Using the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Reverse engineering or attempting to access our systems unauthorized
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AliveStatus and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Auto-Renewal
